You can become a member of R2RCU if you live or work in the Illinois counties of Johnson, Pope, Hardin, Saline, Pulaski or Alexander.
You are also eligible for membership if you are an employee or any person affiliated with and working at Vienna Correctional Center, Shawnee Correctional Center, Dixon Spring Work Camp, Hardin County Work Camp, Illinois Youth Center (Harrisburg), Shawnee Development Council INC, Egyptian Health Department, Southern Seven Health Department, and Delta Center INC.
